Job Summary:

Will be responsible for providing assistance in performing laboratory testing. Receive specimens and log specimens into computer system. Process specimens, answer phones, assist technologists in performing work. If licensed or has a limited permit to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technician, will also perform laboratory testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Science or related field (Biology/Chemistry) or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent computer skills, prior clinical laboratory experience, and NYS license/registration or limited permit to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technician preferred.

Work Days:

Friday Saturday and every other Sunday 11:45 pm - 7:15 am holidays are worked if falls on work days unless requested off
