We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join our team in our 45-bed nursing home located in Oranmore, Co.Galway.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a supportive and professional environment, where you will work closely with staff, residents, families, and members of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key RequirementsEssential Qualifications:

• Active and up-to-date registration with the NMBI (An Bord Altranais)
• A management course or equivalent is desirable

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience at Staff Nurse level in a nursing home
• Experience working collaboratively with families and the multidisciplinary team (MDT)
• Proven organisational, leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Sound knowledge of HIQA regulations
• Commitment to continuous professional development

Desirable:

• Completion of a recognised Nursing Management Programme
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory nursing role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €22.00-€25.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

• Senior Managment: 2 years (preferred)
