Autism Center of Excellence is a Premier Autism Therapy Center located in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We offer ABA Therapy to children from 2 years to 18 years of age in a child-centered family-oriented environment.

Autism Center of Excellence is currently looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team. A Psychologists responsibilities include evaluating patients and gathering their history before diagnosing issues that need attention through the use of tests to develop a treatment plan to ensure the health and success of your patients. They will interview patients and perform diagnostic tests to get a clearer idea of their mental health issues. Ultimately, you will provide individual treatment options for people to understand themselves better while helping others identify ways to change their behaviors and alleviate problems in their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Apply psychological theories and practices to assess and support clients.
• Assist clients in addressing mental health concerns and making necessary behavioral adjustments.
• Use strong communication skills to identify and understand complex mental health issues.
• Support individuals in recognizing and resolving underlying behavioral challenges.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding while working with diverse populations.
• Prioritize and focus on the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on client diagnoses and requirements.
• Provide referrals for additional care, evaluations, or specialized treatment when needed.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other professionals to ensure high-quality, comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Candidate having PhD in clinical Psychology will be preferred over candidates having M Phill or M Sc/MA in Clinical Psychology
• Candidate having M Phill in Clinical Psychology will be preferred over candidates having MSc /MA in Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• MUST be available to work on US timings (India night shift).
• MUST be proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
• Candidate MUST have Good Work Ethics and be available as needed by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
