Cloud Solution Architecture - Data Security

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Data Security who is passionate about driving our customers’ security & AI transformation on the Microsoft Platform.

This person will be a trusted advisor for customers attempting to secure their entire data estates against internal and external data risk. Microsoft Purview’s integrated Data Security services support customers holistically securing data by Protecting Sensitive Data using data classification, sensitivity labelling and encryption policies. You will be managing Insider Risks using machine learning detection controls and indicators, adaptive protection to dynamically enforce controls and advanced privacy controls. You will be responsible for preventing Data Loss using built in exfiltration policies for Microsoft 365 apps, services and endpoints.

This is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

• Build customer trust by sharing feedback, best practices, and collaborating with Microsoft’s global security, engineering, and product teams to resolve issues and shape solutions.Deliver the full value of Microsoft Security (especially Zero Trust and Data Security) across the customer journey.
• Guide customers through planning, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft security products, driving adoption and technical solutions.
• Present technical demos, propose solutions, and work with Microsoft and partners to support deployment and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Continuously develop skills aligned to team goals, share expertise, and contribute to reusable intellectual property.
• Lead architectural design sessions to align solutions with customer business and technical needs, ensuring consensus and clear next steps.
• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders (FastTrack, partners, Microsoft Consulting) to deliver complex enterprise security solutions.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously developing your skills, aligning with business priorities, and contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND several years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
• Solid, proven years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
• Several years experience working on technical projects
• Currently Based in Finland
• Able to communicate efficiently in both Finnish and English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification in Cloud and Data Security
• Threat protection, SIEM and Incident Response; Extended Detection and Response (XDR); Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR); Security Operation Center Management; Identity and Access Management; Cloud Infrastructure; Cloud Security; Data Security; Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, Microsoft Security Operations, Cloud Security, CCSP, CEH, OSCP, GSEC.
• One or more of the following Microsoft Certifications can be counted as a benefit SC100, SC400, SC900, MS100, MS102
