About the role:
We are seeking a Full-time Cluster Manager in NSW to oversee, lead and inspire a portfolio of 3-5 boutiques and concessions. Reporting into the Regional Manager - NSW, QLD & ACT, you will be responsible for ensuring operational synergy and the delivery of customer service excellence across the cluster. You will play a pivotal role to coach, train and inspire multi-site, store, and concession managers to achieve exceptional business performance.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•
Customer Service & Sales Growth: Lead your teams to foster an exceptional, sales-focused culture. You'll monitor and analyze store KPIs, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure consistency in performance, profitability, and operational standards across all sites

Recruitment: Identifying internal talent and working with your regional manager to foster internal development opportunities. Proactively recruiting critical roles to avoid gaps within your cluster.

Store Operations & Loss Prevention: You will oversee day-to-day operations across your allocated boutiques, focusing on maximizing sales revenue, stock inventory, and store presentation. You will oversee stock movements, visual merchandising directives, and ensure all locations comply with OHS requirements and V&W's processes and policies.

• Leadership & Development: Act as a role model for the brand’s values. You'll ensure strong onboarding and regular coaching are delivered, and manage performance concerns in a timely manner. In addition you will nurture a collaborative and respectful culture. You'll coach, mentor, and inspire diverse teams, fostering a positive environment that promotes collaboration and mutual respect.

What are we looking for?

4+ years experience in a similar leadership role (preferably managing a cluster);
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships;
Strong operational experience;
Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit results; and
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
