Job Summary

ADAS High Precision LLP is looking for an experienced CMM Operator & Programmer with hands-on expertise in Cimtrix Daisy-686 Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

The candidate will be responsible for high-accuracy dimensional inspection of precision machined components, ensuring compliance with customer drawings, GD&T, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

CMM Programming & Operation

• Operate and program Cimtrix Daisy-686 CMM
• Create, modify, and optimize CMM inspection programs
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process, and final inspection
• Verify complex geometries including profiles, bores, threads, and critical tolerances

Measurement & Documentation

• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
• Generate dimensional reports and inspection documentation
• Maintain calibration and inspection records
• Support PPAP / customer documentation if required

Quality Control

• Identify non-conforming parts and raise NCR reports
• Coordinate corrective actions with production and engineering teams
• Support internal and external quality audits
• Ensure compliance with ISO / API standards (if applicable)

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years experience in CMM programming & operation
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Cimtrix Daisy-686 CMM
• Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measurement
• Experience in CNC machining industry

Preferred Skills

• Experience in oilfield components and API thread inspection
• Knowledge of aerospace tight tolerance inspection
• Ability to read 3D CAD models
• Familiarity with additional inspection tools (Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Surface Tester)
