The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator to join our production team in Glencoe. In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate CNC brake press equipment to produce accurate metal components
• Select tooling and dies and perform machine setups to meet specified tolerances
• Perform first-off and in-process inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and quality
• Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters as needed during production runs
• Safely handle materials using overhead cranes and lifting devices
• Maintain an organized, clean work area that supports safe and efficient production
• Communicate equipment, tooling, or material concerns promptly to minimize downtime

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has hands-on experience operating CNC brake presses or similar metal-forming equipment
• Can perform machine setups, including selecting dies, tooling, and settings
• Can read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Understands how to verify part accuracy through inspection and measurement
• Is comfortable using overhead cranes or lifting devices safely
• Produces consistent, high-quality work with strong attention to detail
• Communicates issues early and contributes to smooth production flow
• Works independently while supporting a coordinated production team
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Has experience in custom fabrication or metal manufacturing (considered an asset)

The Benefits

We offer regular, full-time employment with competitive wages paid biweekly. Our standard work week is 44 hours, with overtime paid after 40 hours, providing consistent earning potential. Employees are also eligible for our quarterly bonus program.
