What You’ll Do

• set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes
• Read and interpret technical drawings and prints
• Ensure precision and quality through inspections and measurements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team focused on continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

• 2 + years of CNC setup and machining experience (mill and lathe)
• strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and safety practices.
• Self-starter who can troubleshoot and work independently
• Positive, growth mindset attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
