T J Davies Company is currently looking for a motivated CNC Mazatrol Program/Set-Up Machine Operator. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day programming and operating of several machines.

Responsibilities:
How You Will Impact Our Organization

• Develop programs for machines in Fanuc and Mazatrol
• Write and/or edit programs, troubleshoot CNC production issues, and provide technical advice for machine setup.
• Prepare work instructions for machine set-up and operations.
• Efficiently set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning etc.
• Ensure the proper tooling and computer programs are installed for jobs.
• Monitor CNC machine during production run and adjust programs as necessary.
• Calculate machine speed and feed ratio and the size and position of cuts.
• Use precision measuring instruments and hand tools to verify conformance of finished work pieces to specifications.
• Prioritize work according to leads instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $36.00 per hour
