We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in a dynamic and growing company. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Automated Flat Bed CNC: Efficiently manage and operate automated flat bed CNC machinery.
- Saw Operation: Skillfully operate the saw to precisely cut cabinet components.
- Component Scanning: Accurately scan components into the dowel insertion machine
- Assembly Preparation: Prepare and scan components into the CNC dowel machine for assembly.
- Maintain Work Area: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your work area to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 7-530
Compensation:
- Pay Scale: Compensation is performance-based, with pay scaled according to efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
