Roadtrek Inc. is a respected manufacturer of Class B (Campervan) Motorhomes, proudly headquartered in Cambridge, Ontario. Do you have a passion for the RV industry—its people, its products, and the adventure it brings? If so, we want to hear from you! Roadtrek Inc. is recruiting for a CNC Operator to join our team. Regular hours of work will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, from 6:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Work hours may increase or decrease, from time to time, in accordance with the Collective Agreement or as agreed between the parties in writing.

Responsibilities

· Operate KOMO CNC Machine

· Adhere to schedule to support plant floor production and meet customer delivery dates

· Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

· Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the CNC machine

· Completing required paperwork on time and accurately

· Perform other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor in accordance with company policies and procedures

· Maintain an organized and clean work area

· Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

· CNC operating experience is mandatory

· Cabinet building experience is considered beneficial.

· Familiarity with inventory management systemsto assist with material tracking, material flow, waste reduction, cost control, and accurate job planning.

· Forklift operation experience is a definite asset

· Secondary School Diploma or GED preferred, trade certification ideal

· Ability to read and interpret machining blueprints

· Self-motivated and attention to detail and sense of ownership towards your work

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

· Ability to handle physical workload and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and email communication tools
