Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and experience in CNC operations, ensuring precision and quality in manufacturing processes. This role is essential for maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machinery, as well as supporting our production goals through effective maintenance and calibration practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and precision.
• Perform routine calibration of equipment using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, electrical components, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
• Conduct maintenance on CNC machinery, including high voltage and low voltage systems.
• Implement vision inspection systems to ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Provide field service support to address customer needs promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.

Experience
Candidates should have a solid foundation in the following areas:

• Hydraulics and mechanical knowledge related to industrial maintenance.
• Experience as an industrial electrician or in electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with calibration techniques and the use of sensors.
• Proficiency with distributed control systems (DCS) and CNC operations.
• Knowledge of Calypso for measurement tasks is a plus.
• Military experience is valued but not required.

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
