Full Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a special coffee manager with extra skills in child-care and pet-care, to service our local community.
St Michael House is our neighbour, and it has some pupils and residents with disabilities as well as general public who frequent our venue.
We are ideally seeking a candidate who is looking for a long-term role with a genuine interest in specialty coffee, great organizational skills, and enjoys engaging with people.
The successful candidate will also have:
Ambition, confidence, enthusiasm with positive attitude
An interest in or passion for people and dogs and children. (we are dog friendly coffee with big outdoor space).
At least 3 years of experience in management/ supervision in hospitality
6 months experience in catering for special needs people.
The ability to be a carer or assist customers in wheelchair when serving.
To care for our special needs customer with respect
Train staff and keep standards required
A qualification in animal care safety.
A person who enjoys children, dogs and caring for people would be our ideal candidate.
Barista qualification
HCCP Trained
