Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them of their overdue payments and ensure timely collection
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

Qualification:
Proven experience as a Collections Specialist/ outbound sales/ Customer support for min 6 month
Excellent communication in English and Hindi
Graduate is a must.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
