Job Title: Commis 1 – HIBIS Hotels & Resorts, Morjim (Goa)
Job Description:
HIBIS Hotels & Resorts, Morjim Beach, Goa is looking for a skilled and motivated Commis 1 to support daily kitchen operations. The role involves food preparation, assisting senior chefs, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring timely service during peak hours and events. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, follow recipes and standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced resort kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and basic cooking
- Follow kitchen SOPs and hygiene standards
- Support chefs during service and events
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations
- Handle inventory as instructed
Location: Morjim, Goa
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
