We are a family-run business with a strong client base across Ontario and are currently seeking 2 Full-Time Exhaust Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a career, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary

As an Exhaust Cleaning Technician, you will travel in a company vehicle to various commercial locations across Ontario, cleaning and degreasing kitchen exhaust systems using pressure washing equipment. This work is essential in maintaining fire safety compliance and protecting lives and property.

All training is provided—including industry certifications and health & safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing and degreasing of commercial kitchen exhaust systems.
• Follow industry and fire code standards for cleaning and safety.
• Ensure thorough, high-quality work with strong attention to detail.
• Travel in company service vehicles to job sites throughout Ontario.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service standards at all times.
• Work independently or as part of a team during night shifts.

Work Schedule

• Evening/Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday nights
• Travel from Sutton-based location on Sunday night and returning to Sutton-based location on Thursday evening after shift.
• Paid travel time, with meals and lodging provided when required

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license – Mandatory
• Ability to work 40–50 hours/week consistently throughout the year
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various environments
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently after training
• Willingness to complete all required health & safety and industry training
• Excellent attendance and "fit-for-work" mindset
• Team-player attitude with a desire to grow in a hands-on trade

Preferred (but not required):

• Industry certifications (IKECA or Phil Ackland)
• HVAC experience, especially in commercial settings

Compensation

$19–$28 per hour, based on:

• Proven work ethic and performance
• Related experience or certifications (IKECA, Phil Ackland, HVAC, etc.)
