Devry Smith Frank LLP is seeking a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk to join its team. This position will work as an integral part of the commercial litigation team in our Toronto office. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program certified with The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario
• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Pay: $43,099.79-$83,055.40 per year
