About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Vehicle Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be RSA‑approved and confident in carrying out CVRT inspections on LCVs/HCVs in line with national testing standards.

You will play a key role in ensuring that commercial vehicles are safe, compliant, and roadworthy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CVRT inspections on Light and Heavy Commercial Vehicles.
• Complete test documentation accurately in accordance with RSA guidelines.
• Identify defects and clearly communicate repair requirements to customers.
• Operate test lane equipment and maintain calibration standards.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements

• RSA‑approved CVRT Tester qualification.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of commercial vehicles.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
• Good communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Full clean driving licence (HGV licence an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
