Job Description


The Europe region is undergoing one of the largest transformations in Turner & Townsend’s history following the integration of CBRE’s Project Management business. This brings together more than 20,000 people globally and, in Europe, unites around 1,200 colleagues across 24 countries through multiple transition phases, with full integration planned for 2026. This includes both existing T&T markets and 12 new ones, each with different levels of maturity, systems, and operating models.

To support this change, we are establishing a dedicated Europe Change Team with clear responsibilities across communications, training, coordination, adoption tracking, and benefits realisation. Working closely with global change, Europe leadership, and country teams, the group will drive the rollout of new operating models, ways of working, and major system deployments such as D365.

As we move from mobilisation to full delivery, we are expanding the team to ensure strong support for upcoming migration waves and system transitions. These roles are critical to preparing and supporting colleagues across Europe, ensuring countries receive consistent guidance and training, monitoring post–Go‑Live adoption, capturing lessons learned, and maintaining alignment toward full operational integration in 2026.

Candidates will join a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment, working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups. The work spans change management, communications, training, insights, and hands‑on coordination in a complex, evolving integration landscape.

Responsabilities:

Communications Ownership

  • Develop and maintain Europe-wide change communications plans aligned to global toolkits and local country needs.
  • Review, edit and sometimes draft comms content: emails, FAQs, briefing packs, townhall materials, leader scripts, and changenarratives.
  • Own version control and ensure alignment with Europe Integration key messages.
  • Localise global materials to European context; coordinate with country comms leads on translations and country-specificmessaging when needed.
  • Manage comms distribution lists, channels, and sequencing to avoid overload and ensure consistency.
  • Produce clear Go/No-Go, go-live and hypercare communications for all systems and tools rollouts.

Training Strategy & Delivery

  • Translate global training toolkits into Europe-ready training plans, sequencing and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with global SMEs to adapt materials for Europe and ensure alignment on timing.

  • Develop supplemental materials as needed: role-based guides, job aids, quick reference sheets, video walkthroughs, etc.

  • Manage the end-to-end training rollout for Europe: scheduling, invites, tracking attendance, follow-ups, feedback collection.

  • Support D365, D&T, HRIS and other systems with targeted training comms, readiness prompts, “what’s coming” messages andpost-training reinforcement.

  • Track Europe’s training completion rates and readiness indicators; feed insights into regional dashboards.

Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with the Change Lead Europe, Change Manager, Internal Comms Manager
  • Provide comms & training support to country change leads, ensuring consistent cascade and reducing fragmentation.
  • Attend key governance meetings to stay ahead on dependencies (e.g., Europe Integration call, Change Network, Country calls).
  • Ensure leaders (country MDs, Cost Center Leads, and sector leads) are equipped with briefing packs and speaking points aheadof major milestones.

Materials Management & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain a “single source of truth” for all Europe comms & training materials in SharePoint/Teams.
  • Coordinate with the PMO/Coordinator to ensure all deadlines, comms actions and training timelines are up to date.
  • Ensure all Europe comms & training materials are high-quality, error-free, compliant with brand and appropriately approved.

Qualifications
  • Strong internal communications background (ideally in transformation, HR or technology adoption).
  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Experience delivering training or coordinating training rollouts for system/tool migrations.
  • Ability to translate complex technical changes into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Skilled at managing multiple simultaneous deadlines across different countries.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint; familiarity with Viva Engage is a plus.
  • Experience in ERP/HRIS/tech-enabled programmes is preferred.
  • International/multi country/multi cultural experience, ideally in matrix/multinational org
  • Higher business or communications degree
