- Operate computers and perform daily office tasks.
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately.
- Prepare documents, reports, letters, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain digital and physical records.
- Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and file management.
- Use MS Word, MS Excel, email, and other office applications.
- Ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and report technical issues.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of office data.
- Perform other computer-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet usage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or a relevant computer course; requirements may vary by employer.
- Previous experience is preferred but not always necessary.
Pay: ₹8,200.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
