Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and structure the conference agenda in alignment with industry trends and management objectives.
2. Research, identify, and shortlist relevant industry experts, brand leaders, and key opinion leaders as potential speakers.
3. Approach, invite, and onboard speakers for conference sessions.
4. Coordinate speaker confirmations, session topics, presentations, and overall session flow.
5. Maintain regular communication with speakers regarding timelines, deliverables, and event requirements.
6. Manage speaker hospitality, briefing, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless session execution.
7. Ensure smooth planning and execution of all conference sessions.
8. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, partnerships, and promotions).
9. Create and manage promotional content, including speaker announcements, agenda highlights, and session promotions.
10. Coordinate with designers for creatives, brochures, and promotional materials.
11. Drive delegate registrations and actively promote conference participation.
12. Maintain marketing databases, track campaign performance, and prepare analytical reports.
