Gunther Construction (1988) Ltd. is a General Contractor that has been active in the industrial field for over 50 years. Currently, we are looking for a construction administrator to work out of our field office.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry: input labour hours, equipment hours, and other field data into tracking documents
- Daily reports: assemble, verify, and distribute daily reports
- Material tracking: Reconcile material receipts, track site deliveries, and flag discrepancies
- Schedule meetings and distribute action items
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an on-site construction administrator or similar role
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong ability to read and interpret daily field logs and construction terminology
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
