Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dublin for a Construction Operations Manager. The Construction Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily construction operations, managing project timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring efficient execution of projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, project planning, contract negotiation, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery aligned with the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Operations Management and overseeing construction projects.
Strong skills in Budgeting and financial oversight related to construction and projects.
Proficiency in Project Management and Construction Management to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Demonstrated ability in Contract Negotiation and maintaining positive client and supplier relationships.
Effective leadership skills with experience guiding teams and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Comprehensive understanding of safety standards, quality control, and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with sustainability practices and lean construction principles is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €39,589.62-€91,395.79 per year
