Construction Operative – Galway
We are currently recruiting Construction Operatives for ongoing projects in Galway. This role involves a mix of general labouring, groundwork support, and assisting trades on busy construction sites.
Duties Include:
- General site labouring and construction support
- Assisting groundworkers, carpenters, and machine operators
- Loading/unloading materials and maintaining site cleanliness
- Operating basic hand and power tools safely
- Supporting concrete works, drainage, and site preparation
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Reporting to site supervisors and working within a team
Requirements:
- Valid Safe Pass Card (essential)
- Manual Handling Certificate (essential)
- Previous construction/site experience preferred
- Good physical fitness and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full driving licence an advantage
