The role of Supervisor at Net Zero Construction includes important responsibilities which are to be carried out on a regular and ongoing basis to ensure a safe working environment.

We rely on the strength and safety-conscious leadership of our Supervisor to ensure the job is completed to our high-quality standards with a focus on safety and compliance at all times.

Position: As a PROJECT CORRINATOR, you will be required to assist with:

  • File administration including drawing distribution and management
  • Create and manage records. Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database
  • Attend meetings as required, take and distribute minutes as needed
  • Process shop drawings
  • Compile close out documentation and complete warranty manuals
  • Distribute Consultant and City Reports to the Sub-Trades
  • Assisting the Project Manager in any other aspect of Project Management
  • Demonstrates leadership in health, safety and environmental protection on the project. Applies the requirements of the project specific safety program to promote overall compliance of health and safety standards, applies OH&S Acts, regulations and codes with all employees and subcontractors on the project.
  • Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude.
  • Manage construction budgets including liaising with the Corporate Controller as required
  • Administrative Support for Project Managers including Purchase Orders (PO), Change Events (CE), Potential Change Orders (PCO), Contract Change Orders (CCO)[AS1]
  • Scanning uploading and naming documents into Builder Trend as required by Project Managers/Project Coordinators or Executive Admin
  • Assisting Superintendents - sending supplies & documents to site as required
  • Provide accurate administrative support by composing and editing a variety of documents including letters, emails, agendas, reports and presentations
  • Printing of documents as needed
  • Manage and monitor project documents including files and binders
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
