Job Summary
CSA Plus is growing and looking for a skilled, reliable, and hardworking Construction Worker to join our expanding team. We specialize in residential and commercial renovations, basement developments, countertop production, and custom stone artistry.

Duties

Perform framing, drywall installation, taping, mudding, and sanding
Execute painting projects with precision and attention to clean finishing
Install a variety of flooring materials (laminate, vinyl, hardwood, or tile)
Handle tile installation including proper alignment, spacing, and grouting
Follow detailed project plans and timelines while maintaining a clean, organized worksite
Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, respectful work environment

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction or renovation
Strong understanding of framing, drywall, and finishing standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Safety-oriented mindset and ability to follow site procedures

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)

Cabinet installation (kitchen or bathroom)
Carpet installation
