Job Summary
CSA Plus is growing and looking for a skilled, reliable, and hardworking Construction Worker to join our expanding team. We specialize in residential and commercial renovations, basement developments, countertop production, and custom stone artistry.

Duties
- Perform framing, drywall installation, taping, mudding, and sanding
- Execute painting projects with precision and attention to clean finishing
- Install a variety of flooring materials (laminate, vinyl, hardwood, or tile)
- Handle tile installation including proper alignment, spacing, and grouting
- Follow detailed project plans and timelines while maintaining a clean, organized worksite
- Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, respectful work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction or renovation
- Strong understanding of framing, drywall, and finishing standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Safety-oriented mindset and ability to follow site procedures
Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
- Cabinet installation (kitchen or bathroom)
- Carpet installation
