Contact Centre Associate (Permanent, Full-time)

Location: Remote Position; The successful candidate must reside within 3 hours of our Regional Office in Peterborough, ON.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

Rate of Pay: $872.10 - $1,179.90 per week (plus applicable benefits)

Position Description:

As a Contact Centre Associate, you will:

• Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by providing member service excellence;
• Assist members and non-members with inquiries, requests and/or problems ensuring each inquiry or problem receives 100% resolution;
• Assist members with routine to complex transactions through a variety of electronic and digital channels and;
• Recommend products and services that align with a member's needs and that will enhance their financial well-being.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• One year in a Branch Ambassador role, or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, and organization skills
