Description:
Our Team Leaders collaborate to provide hands-on support, coaching and mentoring to our customer service consultants. This ensures that they meet their goals and deliver the highest level of care and service to our customers. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, each Team Leader will oversee a team of ~15 consultants, including a Senior Consultant. You'll be responsible for fostering a positive, supportive and people-focused collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities:
Guide and support consultants to deliver outstanding customer experiences every day
Confidently resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
Build team capability through regular one-on-ones, coaching and constructive call feedback
Keep the team informed, engaged and motivated through clear communication and recognition
Lead by example to create a positive, high-performing team culture
Partner with Team Leaders and Management to achieve shared team goals

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years' Team Leader experience in a busy Contact Centre or Customer Service environment
• Strong commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Sound problem-solving, critical thinking and emotional intelligence
• Ability to build effective relationships and coach others to drive continuous improvement
• Confident MS Office skills, and flexible/adaptable to change

Availability: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, including public holidays (excluding Christmas Day). No weekend work. Commencing Monday, 7 September 2026
