Job Title: Continental Commis I
Location: Vividus Hotels, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Continental Commis I to join our hotel’s kitchen team. The role includes assisting in food preparation, cooking continental dishes, and maintaining kitchen standards. Candidates from the hospitality or hotel field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking continental dishes as per hotel standards.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Support daily mise-en-place and station preparation.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
- Follow instructions from CDP, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.
- Assist in plating, garnishing, and food presentation.
- Support kitchen operations during à la carte, buffet, and banquet service.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly.
Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking methods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Hospitality / hotel field candidates preferred.
Salary
₹22-23,000 CTC per month
