- Are you experienced in contract support and administration, with at least 2 years' experience who has worked alongside operational teams.

- IT skills will be one of your many strengths and Microsoft Office intermediate to advanced Excel and Word is a requirement for this role with Microsoft BI experience a bonus.
- You must be able to prioritise your workload and have effective communications skills at all levels of the business.
- Effectively managing claiming and invoicing activities which includes debtor management.
- Supporting the Contract Delivery Manager with financial analysis for continuous improvement and contract compliance.
- Engaging and supporting sub-contractors with accurate claiming and payments.
- Using Power BI and other Microsoft products to produce accurate contract reports.
- Continual focus on improving Client and Citycare contract reporting.
- Working full-time 40 hours between Monday – Friday with no day the same.
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support and mentoring to aid personal development.
