*This is a contract temporary position*
Objective:
- To create a quality product that will meet or exceed our customers expectations
Minimum Job Requirements
- Must be able to rack parts firmly and properly to ensure proper contact.
- Visually check and remove misplaced, rusty or bad parts and place in reject bucket
- Must be able to manually un-rack parts, remove any visibly defective parts and place them in reject pail
- Capable of operating jib boom hoist if required
- Able to pack parts into container and stack containers onto skids.
- Report any process quality or equipment problems to set-up person
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow all safe operating procedures and best work practices.
- Contribute to maintaining TS16949 and ISO140001 certification.
- Work rotating shifts and some overtime as required.
Pay wage does not include the 5% afternoon shift and 7% midnight shift premium.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 education
