Contract Manager

The Contract Manager is involved in pre and post-award contract management. The individual acts as a technical contract management resource for the company and a primary point of contact with our customers for contractual issues. This person ensures proposal preparation and program execution. They are focused on leadership, collaboration and communication, KPI's, risk mitigation, change management, and timely issue resolution. Their remit includes but is not limited to Winning work, Contract Operations, Financial, People and leadership support.

Qualifications & Experience

BE or BSc qualification preferred but not essential. BE or BSc qualification or CPEng qualification or relevant equivalent experience

Greater than 10 years of experience in road maintenance, civil engineering and project management preferred

• Customer Driven - Clearly understands the internal and external customer and is dedicated to meeting their expectations and
• Big picture thinking - Develops broad knowledge and perspectives to enable the pulling together of varying elements into a coherent strategic
• Change Agility - Foster creativity, managing individuals and teams, knowing how to move ideas through the organisation and executing change Initiatives
