This position is part of the Contractor Relationship team, currently reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. It is a key role in supporting the Approved Contractor network by providing efficient customer service and due diligence for high-integrity HVAC, remodeling and energy efficiency and renewable energy contractors. The primary focus is to assist in growing the company’s energy improvement financing volume, promoting NEIF’s B-Corp-based mission to help make homes and buildings efficient, safe and healthy through fair, simple and transparent financing for replacements and improvements.

Primary duties are:

To support the growth and maintenance of NEIF’s Approved Contractor Network to help drive energy improvement financing loan volume

· Review and process new applications for contractor approval

o Initial contact with applicant to assess contractor’s interest and suitability

o Contractor Application Review

o Send out Welcome Kit

o Make introduction to Primary Business Development Contact

· Perform regular database review and maintenance, collaborating with team members to ensure all records are up to date

· Provide ongoing contractor system support including password resets and user administration

o Alert COO of any technical or access issues

· Work with Energy Lending teams to provide timely and accurate answers to contractor’s questions on specific applications in process

o Support Business Development and Contractor Development Teams to facilitate contractor response

· Create, Run and Share reports, as needed with NEIF teams

· Provide support at in-person events for NEIF Approved Contractors and/or program launches

· Assist with testing as requested

· Assist with Zoho reports as requested

· Other Duties as Assigned

Preferred Qualifications include:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

· Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office

· Zoho CRM experience is a plus

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Results-Oriented, Strategic Thinker

Compensation is

o $50,000.00-55,000.00 per year

o Quarterly Company Bonus Plan

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
