Associate Solicitor

We are currently seeking to recruit a full time Associate Solicitor. This is a great opportunity to work in a progressive professional organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 6 years relevant post qualification experience in a corporate and property team working on residential and commercial conveyance and have an ability at interview to demonstrate same.Have outstanding excellent written and communication skills;Have experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions transactionsHave experience working on large property transactions to include mergers and acquisitions.Be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and self-motivationExcellent time management skills with the ability to work to the deadlines associated with conveyancing transactionsBe commercially astute with a strong business sense;
Have the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships
Required Experience:
- Comfortable with all stages of commercial property transactions;
- Exposure to related security documentation;
- Banking property experience would be an advantage;
- Excellent drafting skills;
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team;
- Strong commercial focus and business acumen required;
- A sociable person, capable of communicating at all levels with an ability to communicate points clearly in a non-confrontational manner;
- A calm and measured approach to problem solving; and
- A willingness to work hard above and beyond normal office hours if required.
The Candidate:
Ideal candidates will be 6+ years qualified, with work experience in the relevant areas. He or she should have strong organisational and interpersonal skills as well as a good work ethic, energy, enthusiasm and be highly motivated.
