Pay: $45.00 – $47.00 per hour

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $45–$47/hour (W2)
• Per Diem: $178/day – paid for all 7 days if full scheduled hours are worked (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts)
• Travel Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile (based on Google Maps mileage)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, weekends off

Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager/Site Manager to oversee Amazon conveyor retrofit installations. The first assignment is in C*rown Point, IN, with future projects located across the U.S. To qualify, candidates must have documented experience as a Project or Site Manager on at least one recent Amazon facility project—this must be clearly listed on the resume for consideration.

This is a contract-to-hire role with the potential to lead additional projects nationwide. Successful candidates may be offered a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage conveyor system retrofits on behalf of Amazon.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s operational procedures, reporting standards, and safety requirements.
• Submit daily reports, provide project updates, and handle communications.
• Track inbound materials and deliveries; maintain accurate logs.
• Manage change orders and schedule adjustments as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site teams.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
• Supervise and coordinate with an assigned Administrative Assistant (2:1 PM/Admin ratio).

Required Qualifications

• Documented experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager on at least one recent Amazon facility project.
• Strong background in construction, mechanical, or automation project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
• Familiarity with Amazon’s RME Program (Reliability, Maintenance, Engineering) strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; daily reporting is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently following onboarding.

Hiring Requirements

• Pass initial interview and technical screening.
• Interview with VP via Microsoft Teams.
• Must successfully complete a 10-panel drug test and background check (no felonies, theft, or violent offenses).
• Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate for project durations.
