Posh Burger is a premium smash burger takeaway focused on quality ingredients, consistency, and speed. We’re building something strong locally and want a reliable, skilled cook who takes pride in their work.
This is not a “just flip burgers” job, we care about presentation, timing, and flavour.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Cooking smash burgers to spec
- Managing grill and fryer stations
- Preparing and portioning ingredients
- Ensuring consistent portion control
- Monitoring food temperatures and HACCP compliance
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Supporting smooth service during busy peak periods
- Minimising waste and managing stock levels
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a takeaway, fast food, or busy kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety & hygiene
- Ability to work fast without losing quality
- Calm under pressure during peak hours
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Available evenings and weekends
Smash burger experience is a bonus, but we can train the right person with a strong work ethic.
