Cook / Chef
Location: University of Limerick Campus
Hours: Monday to Friday
Closed: 2 weeks over Christmas
We are seeking an experienced cook or chef to join our busy university kitchen team. This is a Monday to Friday role with the added benefit of a two-week closure over the Christmas period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for students and staff
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP compliance
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure

Previous kitchen experience is essential along with HACCP knowledge. Ordering experience preferable but can be trained on site
This role would suit someone who has a love for cooking and catering but wants to get away from unsociable hours.

Pay: From €600.00 per week
