Responsibilities:
The Reynolds and Reynolds Corporate Communications team is responsible for building informed opinion supporting Reynolds and the company’s affiliated companies’ business objectives, beliefs, and reputation among all audiences. As a Corporate Communications Content Writing Professional, you will help develop and deliver ongoing internal communications to Reynolds associates that reinforce the company’s vision and key messages, overall direction, and ways in which associates contribute to the company’s successes. Additionally, this position will have the opportunity to contribute to executive communications support – from content for internal events and speeches to other projects and communications-related tasks. This role requires solid professional communications experience and excellent writing and editing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write blog posts, articles, and internal communications
- Assist with editing other’s content
- Learn about all Reynolds companies and industries for deeper understanding
- Research competitive solutions and companies for content creation
- Complete additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related field
- Very strong written communication skills, both written and verbal
- Copywriting/editing experience
- Knowledge of AP style, strategic communications planning and the role communications can play in businesses
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Excellent people and interpersonal communication skills to interact with management, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
- Time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Must be a team player, but also can work independently
