About the Role

We are hiring a Corporate Lawyer to handle end-to-end legal needs across a multi-vertical business portfolio spanning real estate, technology (SaaS), healthcare, and international trade. You will be the primary legal point of contact, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting IP, and advising leadership on legal risks. This is a high-ownership role where you will work independently across diverse industries simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, MoUs, employment contracts, and partnership deeds
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws across industries, RERA (real estate), IT Act and SaaS regulations (technology), healthcare regulations (dental/medical), and FEMA/import-export laws (international trade)
• Handle company law matters, ROC filings, board resolutions, statutory registers, and corporate governance
• Conduct due diligence for property transactions, business deals, and third-party partnerships
• Review and advise on intellectual property matters, trademarks, copyrights, and software licensing
• Work closely with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when required
• Identify and flag legal risks proactively before they escalate
• Maintain a well-organized legal documentation system across all entities

Requirements

• LLB mandatory, LLM preferred, enrolment with the Bar Council of Gujarat or any State Bar Council
• 2 years of corporate/commercial legal experience in-house or with a corporate law firm
• Strong drafting skills across a wide variety of commercial agreements
• Working knowledge of Companies Act, Contract Act, RERA, FEMA, GST (legal implications), and IP law
• Experience handling multi-entity or multi-industry legal work is a strong advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English, you will be drafting and communicating professionally with Indian and international counterparts
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good to Have

• Prior exposure to SaaS or technology contracts (SLAs, data privacy, software licensing)
• Understanding of US business law basics (for international client coordination)
• Experience with international trade documentation or cross-border agreements

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
