• Education: A 3-year LL.B. or an integrated 5-year BA LL.B. / BBA LL.B. (Hons)
• Licensing: Enrolled with a State Bar Council and holding a valid Certificate of Practice (AIBE) to practice law in India.
• Experience: Generally 3–8 years of PQE working in a reputed law firm or as an in-house legal counsel for a multinational corporation
• Specialized Skills: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (such as IT/ITES, infrastructure, or energy laws) and optional Company Secretary (CS) certification for compliance-heavy roles.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure company operations align with Indian corporate laws, local policies, and evolving regulatory frameworks.
• Legal Advisory: Provide practical, commercially sound legal guidance to internal business units, HR, and finance teams.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments on corporate dealings, contracts, and disputes to protect the organization from legal exposure.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with external legal counsels, cross-functional international teams, and global clients.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
