Role Overview:

We are looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our growing team at Azets. In this key leadership role, you will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, deliver high-quality tax advice, and support the development of your team. You’ll also play an active role in identifying growth opportunities, leading advisory projects, and contributing to our wider business goals. Key Responsibilities will include:

As a Senior Manager at Azets, you will have the skills, ability and motivation needed to:

• Lead on your own client portfolio, delivering technical excellence and building strong, enduring client relationships

• Lead on team matters and support with workflow planning and technical discussions and development

• Identify opportunities to support clients and bring these to the wider team

• Deliver revenue and profitability targets and support your team to do the same

• Develop and inspire our Smarter People plan

• Assist with business development to help meet our ambitious growth targets Day to day duties

• Lead on a portfolio of key corporate clients, provide a range of tax services and business advice to a variety of clients from small, fast growing clients to large corporate entities

• Assist in managing the corporate tax team by hearing the voice of your team members, conduct appraisals, provide coaching of assignments to support the development of team skills and knowledge and continually improve the quality and delivery of work

• Establish strong working relationships with your own portfolio of clients through assignments and regular contact, including attending client meetings

• Lead on Tax advisory projects, supporting Tax Partners and specialists to identify and deliver high quality tax advisory services to existing and new clients.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

• CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified

• Our clients come from all industries, so exposure to multiple sectors would be a distinct advantage

• Previous Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €80,000.00-€95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
