We’re seeking a Costs & Efficiencies Specialist to optimise our financial performance and streamline processes across the group.

About The Role

As our Costs & Efficiencies Specialist, you will:

• Analyse operational costs across food, beverage and staffing to identify savings opportunities.
• Review and monitor P&L reports, budgets and KPIs for multiple venues.
• Implement best practices for stock control, waste reduction and supplier negotiations.
• Develop and roll out efficiency initiatives that improve margins without compromising quality or service.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Prepare regular performance dashboards and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Support training for venue managers on cost management and efficiency tools.

Required Criteria

• Strong financial & operational background in Hospitality
