Inside Sales / Counter Sales position

• Should have a basic understanding of HVAC&R systems and their components and be mechanically inclined.
• Have a willingness to learn and attend training sessions.
• Have the ability to research product and parts using internet, catalogs, and other software.
• Must have customer service driven attitude.
• A background in the HVAC industry would be very helpful but not necessary for a candidate with the drive and ambition to learn. This position would wait on customers in a store environment and should be able to help them with any questions or need they may have concerning products.
• Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., be on your feet most of the day, climb, push, pull, will full use of arms, legs.
• Must be able to read, write and communicated in the English language (bi-lingual would be a plus).
• Should have basic math skills.
• Candidate will need good communication skills
• Intermediate computer knowledge.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, have a clear driving record with no DWI offenses, and pass a physical and drug screen
