As the in house Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating copywriting deliverables. Your role involves creating and maintaining quality assurance processes and ensuring that all content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our content and ensuring its effectiveness across various platforms.

Note - Applicants who have experience from creative agency backgrounds are preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating quality copy ensuring engagement and holding content delivery to Pepper standards.
• Collaborate with the client success team to understand their content needs and expectations. Ensure all content exceeds client requirements and address any concerns or revisions promptly.
• Identify areas for improvement in the copywriting process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Produce short-form written content, including marketing materials, social media posts, and more. Ensure content is engaging, error-free, and meets client specifications
• Work closely with content strategists, editors, and project managers to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
• Strategize copy ideas with the creative team, ensuring that content strategies effectively needs and goals for top-notch quality delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in copywriting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting samples and an understanding of various content styles.
• Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and style, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
