Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment, Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
• Handle cash and perform cash handling duties accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Experience with cashiering and cash handling is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the team.
