We are looking for a Crew Member to join our team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor
- Assist in various day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Support in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the premises
- Help in setting up event spaces, dining areas, and rooms as per the daily requirements
- Provide information and assistance to guests with genuine hospitality
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance service standards
Who Should Apply:
- Candidate should have either of the following:
-NZQF Level 2 or 3 OR
-1 year of related proven experience
- Individuals with a passion for service and hospitality
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Excellent communicators with a team-oriented mindset
- People ready to contribute to a positive work environment and culture
