As our customer base expands, we’re looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to manage our customer relationships and digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Follow up with leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries.
CRM Tracking: Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up status.
Social Media Coordination: Respond to Instagram DMs/comments and assist with post scheduling and basic content support.
Phone Call Handling: Attend calls, explain product details, and resolve customer queries professionally.
WhatsApp Business Handling: Engage actively with customers via WhatsApp, share product details, offers, and ensure timely replies.
Customer Support: Create a friendly and helpful communication environment to retain and convert leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
should be able to handle CRM tools efficiently.
Any graduate (Freshers can apply)
Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)
Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic mobile tools
Good communication, follow-up, and time management skills
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Job Details:
Job Title: CRM Executive
Location: Dharmadom, Kannur (Onsite only)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Start Date: Immediate
Perks: Mobile/Internet allowance (as per company policy)
