We are looking for a hands-on CRM professional with strong expertise in Salesforce and related tools. This role requires active involvement in CRM operations, reporting, and integrations to support sales teams and drive data-driven decision-making. It is a tool-driven role focused on execution, analytics, and process efficiency—not data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate and timely data updates
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS for business insights
- Track and manage the complete sales funnel: Lead → Site Visit → Booking → Collection
- Monitor sales team performance, pipeline movement, and conversion metrics
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to CRM processes
- Support calling systems, lead tracking, and follow-up mechanisms
- Work with CRM tools, add-ons, and integrations such as dialers and automation platforms
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to provide actionable insights
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools, add-ons, and integrations
- Ability to independently create reports, dashboards, and data extracts
- Solid understanding of CRM workflows, data structures, and system logic
- Experience in managing calling data, lead tracking, and follow-up systems
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and dashboard creation
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation within CRM or reporting environments
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on CRM experience with strong Salesforce usage
- Proven experience in:
- Building Salesforce reports and dashboards independently
- Managing end-to-end sales funnel within CRM systems
- Working with CRM integrations such as dialers and automation tools
- Experience handling sales team data for teams of 15–25 members
- Strong exposure to data analysis, MIS reporting, and performance tracking
- Real estate CRM experience (apartments/villas) preferred but not mandatory
- Exposure to AI tools and workflow automation is an added advantage
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
