As a CRM Technical Lead in our ERP & CRM Team, you’ll drive innovation, lead technical strategy, and collaborate with top-tier experts — both internal and external — to deliver cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. About the Role

Join our ERP & CRM Team where we blend deep internal expertise with insights from leading external partners. You’ll thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment, driving the technical direction of our CRM landscape. Your deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement will be key in shaping architecture, features, and continuous service improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Writing and reviewing code to support CRM development and integrations.

  • Participating in the CRM project team to implement the new system and retire the legacy CRM.

  • Supporting the Product Owner in preparing the organization for regular product updates and major releases.

  • Translating user needs into technical requirements and developing solutions in-house or with external partners.

  • Collaborating with and guiding external developers and support teams on technical matters.

  • Designing and maintaining the CRM solution architecture, including APIs and system integrations.

  • Ensuring scalability, security, and performance across the CRM ecosystem.

About You

You bring a senior-level mindset, capable of leading and mentoring developers while quickly adapting to new challenges. Your ability to learn fast and navigate complex environments makes you a key player in our transformation journey.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has deep technical expertise in the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.

  • Thrives in complex, ever-evolving organizational environments.

  • Has a background in architecture, technical product ownership, or software development.

  • Has hands-on experience with Azure services such as Functions, Service Bus, Subscriptions and Resource Groups

  • Is proficient in using Azure DevOps for managing development workflows

  • Has strong coding skills in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript and the .NET technology stack

  • Understands and works effectively with RESTful and web-based APIs
