Custodian - Raymond School - 2nd Shift

Raymond School is seeking a full time, 2nd Shift custodian to work an 8 hour shift (approx. 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.) with a 30 min paid lunch.

Duties include:

• Sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms.
• Sweeping, dusting, and mopping classrooms, gymnasiums, and custodial service areas.
• Scrubbing, mopping, and finishing floors.
• acuuming and shampooing rugs and carpeting.
• Polishing and dusting fixtures and furniture.
• Securing the building.
• Setting up and taking down for building activities.
• Shoveling snow around buildings, doors, and sidewalks.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned.

The Custodian shall possess good manual dexterity and be in good health, be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, have the ability to follow work schedules and perform assignments unsupervised, be familiar with the proper and safe use of cleaning equipment and proper cleaning processes, be able to accept direction from various supervisors, and must have the ability to organize and maintain building custodian inventories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
